North Belfast Works

Are you unemployed and looking for work?
Then we can help

North Belfast Works Programme funded by ESF/ DEL is designed to move long-term unemployed residents of North Belfast into sustained work by offering them specially created temporary jobs for six months with a wage. During that 6-month period they will also receive training, personal development and job search support. The aim is to give those who are most removed from the labour market a bridge back to the world of work by enabling them to develop skills and experience that will enable them to compete in the job market.

• We can offer you a weekly wage for six months
• Valuable training to udertake new job duties
• A career you wish to pursue
• Possiblity of securing permanent job at the end of six months
• We have part & full time jobs available

If you are unemployed claiming Jobseekers allowance or income support and need additional support to find employment, we have a range of employers willing to offer you a vacancy within their company.
